Our services are designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies who wish to
promote themselves, their brands, products, services, or projects in international media.
The Client must be at least 18 years old.
3. Scope of Services and Workflow
3.1. Step 1 — Payment
● The Client purchases the standard service package priced at $199.
● After payment, the Client receives access to a Telegram bot or a dedicated form to
provide information.
3.2. Step 2 — Information Submission
● The Client must provide complete and accurate information about themselves, their
brand, or their project.
● Based on the materials provided, the article is created by the Papa Media AI PR
Agent — an artificial intelligence trained on the expertise and knowledge base of
Papa Media.
3.3. Step 3 — Article Creation
● Article format options:
○ news article,
○ informational material,
○ press release.
● Interviews are not included in the scope of this service.
● Article length: 500–800 words.
● Language: English.
● Up to 1–3 images and up to 2 links to social media or websites can be included.
● Important: The final number of images and links used in the publication is determined
by the media outlet’s editorial policy. The media outlet has the right to select, replace,
or omit certain images or links at its discretion.
● The article is created by the Papa Media AI PR Agent and goes through a final
editorial review.
3.4. Step 4 — Article Approval
● The completed article is sent to the Client via the Telegram bot.
● After reviewing the material, the Client confirms readiness for publication.
● The timeline for publication depends on the Client’s responsiveness during the
approval process.
● Once the Client approves the article, they assume full responsibility for its content.
3.5. Step 5 — Submission and Publication
● After the article is approved, the Company submits it to a suitable international media
outlet from its database.
● Important: Media outlets reserve the right to edit the article, including changes to the
structure, headlines, and up to 70% of the original text, if required to meet editorial
standards.
● Once the media outlet confirms publication, the Company receives the active link and
provides it to the Client.
3.6. Disclaimers and Editorial Notes
3.6.1. Editorial Rights
International media outlets where the article is published may add a disclaimer — an
editorial note or clarification.
3.6.2. What is a Disclaimer
A disclaimer is a short editorial statement that may:
● indicate that the material has an informational or PR nature;
● clarify the source of the provided information;
● outline the publication terms and conditions;
● state that the article was prepared by a third-party company or provided by the Client.
3.6.3. Client Consent
The Client agrees that the media outlet may add a disclaimer without prior approval from the
Client if required by the outlet’s editorial policy.
4. Pricing and Taxes
4.1. The cost of the standard service package is $199.
4.2. An additional 5% VAT may apply, depending on the Client’s jurisdiction and payment
terms.
5. Guarantees and Deadlines
5.1. The Company guarantees publication of the article in one of the international online
media outlets from its proprietary database.
5.2. The service is completed within up to 10 business days after the Client approves the
article.
5.3. If the Company fails to publish the article within 10 business days after receiving the
Client’s approval, the Client is entitled to a 100% refund.
5.4. Once the Client approves the article, they assume full responsibility for the accuracy of
the information, facts, and statements included.
5.5. The service is considered fully delivered once the Company provides the Client with an
active link to the published material.
6. Communication
6.1. All communication between the Client and the Company is conducted through:
● Telegram bot,
● email,
● or other mutually agreed communication channels.
6.2. The Client must provide materials and approve texts promptly to ensure timely
publication.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. A refund is only available if the Company fails to publish the article within 10 business
days after the Client’s approval.

8. Liability
8.1. The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information, materials, and

9. Final Provisions
9.1. If any provision of this Offer is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the

9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Offer shall be resolved under the laws of the
United Arab Emirates.

3. Responsibilities of the Client

● The Client must provide all required materials and approve texts in a timely manner
to ensure publication deadlines are met.
8. Refund Policy
● A full refund is available only if Papa Media fails to publish the article within 10
business days after the Client approves the article.
● Once the Client receives the active publication link, the service is considered fully
delivered and non-refundable.
9. Liability
● The Client bears full responsibility for all information, facts, statements, and images
provided.
● Papa Media is responsible only for writing, submission, and coordination of
publication.
● Papa Media is not liable for:
○ editorial changes by the media outlet,
○ disclaimers added by publishers,
○ rejected links or images,
○ delays caused by the Client’s failure to approve materials in time.
10. Intellectual Property
● All content on the Papa Media website, including design, text, software, and logos, is
owned by QSH Public Networking Services LLC.
● The Client grants Papa Media a license to adapt and publish the provided materials
exclusively for article creation and placement.
11. Governing Law
● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
● Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE legislation.

● Papa Media is not liable for:

○ rejected links or images,
○ delays caused by the Client’s failure to approve materials in time.
10. Intellectual Property
● All content on the Papa Media website, including design, text, software, and logos, is
owned by QSH Public Networking Services LLC.
● The Client grants Papa Media a license to adapt and publish the provided materials
exclusively for article creation and placement.
11. Governing Law
● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
● Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE legislation.
