Terms and Conditions for Article Placement

Welcome to Papa Media (QSH Public Networking Services LLC). By purchasing or using our
article writing and publishing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please
read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Papa Media provides services for writing and publishing articles in international online media
based on the Client’s request.
● The standard package includes the writing and placement of one article in an
international online media outlet selected from Papa Media’s proprietary database.
● The article is created using Papa Media AI PR Agent, trained on Papa Media’s
expertise and knowledge base, and undergoes a final editorial review by Papa
Media’s journalists.
● Once the Client approves the final article, Papa Media submits it for publication to a
selected media outlet.
2. Article Specifications
● Format: news article, informational material, or press release.
● Length: 500–800 words.
● Language: English.
● Images: up to 1–3 images may be included; the final selection is made by the media
outlet.
● Links: up to 2 links may be included; the media outlet reserves the right to modify or
remove links.
● Editorial Rights: the media outlet may edit up to 70% of the article’s content
according to its policies.
3. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client is fully responsible for:

4. Publication Process and Deadlines
● Media outlets may add editorial notes or disclaimers to the article.
● Papa Media cannot control editorial changes, removal of links, image selection, or
added disclaimers.
● By approving the article, the Client consents to possible editorial changes required by
the media outlet.
6. Pricing and Taxes
● The cost of the standard package is $199.
● An additional 5% VAT may apply, depending on the Client’s jurisdiction and payment
terms.
● Pricing for additional services is available on https://papamedia.ae.
7. Communication
● After payment, the Client receives access to a Telegram bot or dedicated form to
communicate with Papa Media’s manager.
● The Client must provide all required materials and approve texts in a timely manner
to ensure publication deadlines are met.
8. Refund Policy
● A full refund is available only if Papa Media fails to publish the article within 10
business days after the Client approves the article.
● Once the Client receives the active publication link, the service is considered fully
delivered and non-refundable.
9. Liability
● The Client bears full responsibility for all information, facts, statements, and images
provided.
● Papa Media is responsible only for writing, submission, and coordination of
publication.
● Papa Media is not liable for:
○ editorial changes by the media outlet,
○ disclaimers added by publishers,
○ rejected links or images,
○ delays caused by the Client’s failure to approve materials in time.
10. Intellectual Property
● All content on the Papa Media website, including design, text, software, and logos, is
owned by QSH Public Networking Services LLC.
● The Client grants Papa Media a license to adapt and publish the provided materials
exclusively for article creation and placement.
11. Governing Law
● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
● Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE legislation.

- From the moment of Client’s approval, Papa Media has up to 10 business days to
- secure publication.
- Once the article is published, Papa Media provides the Client with an active link to
- the article.
- If the article is not published within 10 business days from the date of approval, Papa
- Media will issue a 100% refund.
- After providing the active publication link, the service is considered fully completed
- and non-refundable.
● Media outlets may add editorial notes or disclaimers to the article.
● Papa Media cannot control editorial changes, removal of links, image selection, or
