This document is an official proposal addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter
referred to as the “Client”, “You”) who wishes to use our services for writing and publishing
articles in international online media.
1. Subject of the Offer
The Company provides services for writing and publishing articles in international online
media.
After the article is approved by the Client, the Company selects the most relevant media
outlet from its proprietary database and submits the material for publication. Once the article
is approved by the media outlet, it is published, and the Company provides the Client with an
active link to the published material.
2. Target Audience
Our services are designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies who wish to
promote themselves, their brands, products, services, or projects in international media.
The Client must be at least 18 years old.
3. Scope of Services and Workflow
3.1. Step 1 — Payment
● The Client purchases the standard service package priced at $199.
● After payment, the Client receives access to a Telegram bot or a dedicated form to
provide information.
3.2. Step 2 — Information Submission
● The Client must provide complete and accurate information about themselves, their
brand, or their project.
● Based on the materials provided, the article is created by the Papa Media AI PR
Agent — an artificial intelligence trained on the expertise and knowledge base of
Papa Media.
3.3. Step 3 — Article Creation
● Article format options:
○ news article,
○ informational material,
○ press release.
● Interviews are not included in the scope of this service.
● Article length: 500–800 words.
● Language: English.
● Up to 1–3 images and up to 2 links to social media or websites can be included.
● Important: The final number of images and links used in the publication is determined
by the media outlet’s editorial policy. The media outlet has the right to select, replace,
or omit certain images or links at its discretion.
● The article is created by the Papa Media AI PR Agent and goes through a final
editorial review.
3.4. Step 4 — Article Approval
● The completed article is sent to the Client via the Telegram bot.
● After reviewing the material, the Client confirms readiness for publication.
● The timeline for publication depends on the Client’s responsiveness during the
approval process.
● Once the Client approves the article, they assume full responsibility for its content.
3.5. Step 5 — Submission and Publication
● After the article is approved, the Company submits it to a suitable international media
outlet from its database.
● Important: Media outlets reserve the right to edit the article, including changes to the
structure, headlines, and up to 70% of the original text, if required to meet editorial
standards.
● Once the media outlet confirms publication, the Company receives the active link and
provides it to the Client.
3.6. Disclaimers and Editorial Notes
3.6.1. Editorial Rights
International media outlets where the article is published may add a disclaimer — an
editorial note or clarification.
3.6.2. What is a Disclaimer
A disclaimer is a short editorial statement that may:
● indicate that the material has an informational or PR nature;
● clarify the source of the provided information;
● outline the publication terms and conditions;
● state that the article was prepared by a third-party company or provided by the Client.
3.6.3. Client Consent
The Client agrees that the media outlet may add a disclaimer without prior approval from the
Client if required by the outlet’s editorial policy.
4. Pricing and Taxes
4.1. The cost of the standard service package is $199.
4.2. An additional 5% VAT may apply, depending on the Client’s jurisdiction and payment
terms.
5. Guarantees and Deadlines
5.1. The Company guarantees publication of the article in one of the international online
media outlets from its proprietary database.
5.2. The service is completed within up to 10 business days after the Client approves the
article.
5.3. If the Company fails to publish the article within 10 business days after receiving the
Client’s approval, the Client is entitled to a 100% refund.
5.4. Once the Client approves the article, they assume full responsibility for the accuracy of
the information, facts, and statements included.
5.5. The service is considered fully delivered once the Company provides the Client with an
active link to the published material.
6. Communication
6.1. All communication between the Client and the Company is conducted through:
● Telegram bot,
● email,
● or other mutually agreed communication channels.
6.2. The Client must provide materials and approve texts promptly to ensure timely
publication.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. A refund is only available if the Company fails to publish the article within 10 business
days after the Client’s approval.
7.2. After the Client receives the active link to the published article, no refunds are available,
as the service is considered fully delivered.
8. Liability
8.1. The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information, materials, and
statements provided.
8.2. The Company is responsible for fulfilling its obligations regarding article writing,
approval, and publication within the agreed timelines.
8.3. The Company is not responsible for any edits made by the media outlet, including
changes of up to 70% of the original article.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. If any provision of this Offer is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the
remaining provisions.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Offer shall be resolved under the laws of the
United Arab Emirates.
9.3. By clicking the “Take” button or its equivalent on papamedia.ae, the Client confirms that
they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Public Offer.

article writing and publishing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please
read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Papa Media provides services for writing and publishing articles in international online media
based on the Client’s request.
● The standard package includes the writing and placement of one article in an
international online media outlet selected from Papa Media’s proprietary database.
● The article is created using Papa Media AI PR Agent, trained on Papa Media’s
expertise and knowledge base, and undergoes a final editorial review by Papa
Media’s journalists.
● Once the Client approves the final article, Papa Media submits it for publication to a
selected media outlet.
2. Article Specifications
● Format: news article, informational material, or press release.
● Length: 500–800 words.
● Language: English.
● Images: up to 1–3 images may be included; the final selection is made by the media
outlet.
● Links: up to 2 links may be included; the media outlet reserves the right to modify or
remove links.
● Editorial Rights: the media outlet may edit up to 70% of the article’s content
according to its policies.
3. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client is fully responsible for:

1. Accuracy of information provided for the article, including facts, statements, images,

3. Legality of materials — the Client confirms they have the right to use all materials

5. Approval deadlines — the Client must review and approve the article promptly.

Important: Papa Media assumes no liability for any incorrect or misleading information
provided by the Client.
4. Publication Process and Deadlines

1. After the Client approves the final article, Papa Media submits it to a suitable media
2. outlet from its database.
3. From the moment of Client’s approval, Papa Media has up to 10 business days to
4. secure publication.
5. Once the article is published, Papa Media provides the Client with an active link to
6. the article.
7. If the article is not published within 10 business days from the date of approval, Papa
8. Media will issue a 100% refund.
9. After providing the active publication link, the service is considered fully completed
10. and non-refundable.

5. Disclaimers and Editorial Policies
● Media outlets may add editorial notes or disclaimers to the article.
● Papa Media cannot control editorial changes, removal of links, image selection, or
added disclaimers.
● By approving the article, the Client consents to possible editorial changes required by
the media outlet.
6. Pricing and Taxes
● The cost of the standard package is $199.
● An additional 5% VAT may apply, depending on the Client’s jurisdiction and payment
terms.
● Pricing for additional services is available on https://papamedia.ae.
7. Communication
● After payment, the Client receives access to a Telegram bot or dedicated form to
communicate with Papa Media’s manager.
● The Client must provide all required materials and approve texts in a timely manner
to ensure publication deadlines are met.
8. Refund Policy
● A full refund is available only if Papa Media fails to publish the article within 10
business days after the Client approves the article.
● Once the Client receives the active publication link, the service is considered fully
delivered and non-refundable.
9. Liability
● The Client bears full responsibility for all information, facts, statements, and images
provided.
● Papa Media is responsible only for writing, submission, and coordination of
publication.
● Papa Media is not liable for:
○ editorial changes by the media outlet,
○ disclaimers added by publishers,
○ rejected links or images,
○ delays caused by the Client’s failure to approve materials in time.
10. Intellectual Property
● All content on the Papa Media website, including design, text, software, and logos, is
owned by QSH Public Networking Services LLC.
● The Client grants Papa Media a license to adapt and publish the provided materials
exclusively for article creation and placement.
11. Governing Law
● These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
● Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with UAE legislation.
